Shipping Policy

We, at Jades Naturals intend to ship the order within 1 business day of receiving the payment from the customer after placing the order. In rare circumstances of any business issue, we might delay the shipment of order up to a maximum of 7 business days. In case we are unable to ship the order within 14 business days, we shall cancel the order and issue a refund immediately via the payment method used to make the payment.

We promise to follow the below mentioned timelines from the date of receiving payment

• Time to process the order and ship out of ware house - 1 day (minimum) and 7 days (maximum)

• Time for the order to reach your place - 2 days (minimum) to 21 days (maximum)
